Lock Down Workouts

Due to this rather unfortunate situation we now all find ourselves in, MC has got you covered to keep you fighting fit and strong while you're stuck at home, and without a gym to go to.

We're going in strong, and coming out stronger!

Rest assured, we've got you covered in your hour of need!

Below you'll find a load of workouts to keep you going during the lock down process.

All you'll need is a bit of floor space and your phone or laptop to access your workouts.

Here's how it works:

All monthly members are now on hold. All ten packers don't worry your remaining sessions will be there for you when we re-open.

​

So, all the below workouts are reasonably priced at $20 or $15, and you will have access to that workout for 4 weeks in your app. This will allow some cash flow in to MC, while also giving you cheap access to some awesome workouts any time you want.

OF COURSE I'll be uploading loads of new workouts as often as I possibly can. This is just the beginning.

Entry Level Home Cali

Let's begin by moving around the whole body with some basic moves to get the heart pumping and the muscles moving.

Intermediate Home Cali

Stepping up a level, this workout will take you through some slightly harder movements and exercises, again hitting the whole body.
